Iona Chalk is a senior economics major at Durham University, a QS top 100 school and top 10 program in the United Kingdom for economics. She boasts a well rounded skillset of both interpersonal communication and analytical skills. She has been recognized by the Scottish Government for community engagement earning 2 Saltire Awards from volunteering and leading in various capacities for non-profit organizations, she has conducted research supporting global leaders pursuing international water initiatives, and has managed the complexities of acting as a part-time caretaker/nanny for an individual with paraplegia. This combination of practical experience, guidance from mentors, and studies at Durham University equips Iona with the comprehensive skills necessary to own and operate a business successfully.
